Q – Where do you ship to?
We ship from our domestic US warehouse to U.S. addresses including Alaska and Hawaii.
Q - Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely! Free standard shipping is applied to all domestic orders except Alaska, Hawaii all orders $50+.
Please note, free shipping is applied after discount codes have been submitted; and your subtotal remains above $50.
Q - How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Under normal circumstances, orders with standard shipping usually take 4-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive. We will provide you with tracking.
Q - When will my order ship?
We process and ship out all orders Monday through Sunday, excluding holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped within the next 1-2 business days (Monday through Sunday, not including holidays). We know you’re excited to receive your orders, and we are excited for you to receive them!
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note it take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Q – How much does shipping cost?
For orders less than $50, there is a $7.50 flat shipping fee. Expedited shipping is also available: 2 Business Day shipping is $20.00
For Alaska, Hawaii, there is a $15.00 flat shipping fee. Expedited shipping is also available: 2 Business Day shipping is $40.00
Q - What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accept returns. This policy is driven by two principal factors:
Firstly, we are committed to ensuring that every product we provide is delivered in pristine, factory-sealed condition, in the original packaging. Maintaining the integrity of these items and upholding sanitary standards is paramount. We place great trust in the exceptional quality control standards upheld by our Japanese partners, and we carefully inspect each package before dispatch to our customers.
Secondly, our suppliers in Japan do not extend credit or return options for the products we source, which impacts our ability to facilitate returns for our customers. While we aim to explore the possibility of introducing a refund policy in collaboration with our suppliers in the future, we are currently unable to offer return options. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
My order arrived damaged, help!
As a part of our commitment to your satisfaction, we are pleased to assist you if your order is damaged during transit, which is a rare occurrence. If there is a defect in the product that you only notice upon opening it, you may return it to us for a replacement. To arrange for a return, please use our Contact Us feature.
Please keep in mind that, in order to receive a replacement product or a refund, the merchandise must be returned to us, unless otherwise specified. Please provide us with your order number, name, a picture, and a description of the damage when you contact us.
